Bologna’s race track occupies a green space in the heart of the city and is within easy distance of the railway station. Hotels in Bologna Italy near the station can find and visitors can get amazing discounts also in these hotels. Harness races have been held here for more than 70 years. The track is a very popular gathering place with both locals and visitors and has a wide range of facilities. There is a covered grandstand, a restaurant with seating for around 200 people, a clubhouse and a children’s play area. The track has its own large car parking area.
The Villa delle Rose Park is an 18th Century garden that was built by the Cella family. It was originally an ornamental garden and has been a part of the Modern Gallery since 1916. The park covers a surface of around two hectares on a small hill, close to the Guardia Hill. On the porch of the villa that rises up towards the sanctuary of Madonna di San Luca are some beautiful views over the city.
